The agreement between you and Munshi10

By using Munshi10, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We offer a 15-day free trial of Munshi10 with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period your tenant remains available read-only until you subscribe to a paid plan or request its deletion.
Paid plans are billed quarterly in advance by the 10th of the first month of each quarter. Seasonal resort properties may opt for yearly billing in advance. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude 5% GST where applicable.
You agree not to use Munshi10 for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to redistribute the software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Munshi10 is not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, OTAs, payment gateways or force majeure.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Munshi10. You may export your data at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munshi10's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
