One QR code. No app to install. No login to remember. Guests scan, browse and order in seconds — from a hotel room, a restaurant table, or a poolside lounger.
Works with any PMS · Works standalone · Pakistani Rupee, local banks
Less typing for your team. More orders on your folios. Better reviews from your guests. Let's put a QR in every room this week.
Most ancillary revenue is lost simply because guests forget the room-service menu exists, can't find the laundry price list, or don't want to call the front desk for a bottle of water. A QR sticker in every room — and on every restaurant table — replaces all of that with a tap. Tempting photos, clear pricing, optional add-ons. Average tickets rise; missed opportunities don't.
Every order arrives already typed, already priced, already posted to the right room folio or outlet POS. No re-keying, no "what was the room number again?", no chasing chits. Housekeeping and engineering requests land on the right person's screen instantly — so the runner runs, and the receptionist stops being a switchboard.
The first time a guest sees their order acknowledged on-screen, with a live status, in their own language — they feel the property cares. No queueing at reception. No language barrier. No second-guessing whether the call was heard. That's the moment a stay becomes a five-star review.
A QR code on the door, table, or menu opens the app instantly in the guest's browser. Nothing to install.
Outlet tiles, photo menus, item details, add-ons and special instructions — laid out for thumbs, not desktops.
Post to room folio, pay cash on delivery, tap a card on the runner's POS, or pay online via local bank gateways.
Real-time status — Sent, Approved, In Prep, Out for delivery, Delivered. Cancellable while still Pending.
Outlets are fully configurable per property — open hours, item catalog, photos, prices, add-ons, calorie info, dietary tags, meeting-room day rates, even by-appointment spa slots. Everything below is set up in minutes from the admin side.
Halal? Vegetarian? Watching calories? In a hurry? Allergic to peanuts? Optional badges and details on every item turn an indecisive scroll into a confident tap — no phone call to the kitchen required.
Halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. Guests filter once at the start and only see what they actually eat — no awkward asking.
A quick kcal figure next to the price lets health-conscious guests stay on track without putting your menu on a diet.
"Ready in ~10 min" sets the expectation before they tap Add — fewer "where's my order?" calls landing on the front desk.
Show what's in the dish. A guest who can't have peanuts or dairy shouldn't have to phone the kitchen to find out.
Light "Popular" or "New" badges nudge the indecisive and put a spotlight on the chef's special the moment it goes live.
One screen. Where to deliver, how to pay, what's in the basket. We pre-fill the room from the QR they scanned, so there's nothing to type. Charges can post straight to their folio, or be settled on the spot.
Some services aren't "send it up now" — they're "see me at six." Turn any outlet into a by-appointment booking: the guest picks a treatment, chooses an available time slot, and the charge lands on the folio exactly like room service.
Stick a QR on every restaurant table, every spa lounger, every poolside cabana. A walk-in scans, sees the right menu for that exact outlet, and pays at the counter — or online. The order arrives at the kitchen pre-tagged with the table number, so the runner knows exactly where to take it.
The Self Service App ships with its own lightweight catalog, order queue, request tracker, and payment integrations. That's enough to run room service, an in-room shop, a housekeeping desk, or a restaurant on its own — no other software required.
If you already run Munshi10 — or are ready to upgrade to a full PMS later — every order posts straight to the right folio, every walk-in ticket lands in your POS, and your accounting is reconciled by the night audit. Nothing double-keyed.
The Self Service App is the guest-facing tip of an iceberg. When connected to Munshi10, every tap triggers the right back-office process — quietly, atomically, no human typing.
Food & beverage orders open a POS ticket on the right outlet, fire the kitchen printer or KDS, and split tax lines the way your chart of accounts expects.
"Charge to room" doesn't just leave a note — it posts a real line on the guest's folio with rate, quantity, tax, service charge and discount, ready for night audit.
Towels, toiletries, turndown — every non-revenue request lands on housekeeping's queue with the room, status, and who picked it up. No more lost slips.
Shop and minibar items deplete stock in real time. Recipe-linked menu items pull ingredients from the kitchen store. Reorder reports stay accurate.
Revenue, tax payable, settlements and bank receipts all flow into Munshi10's general ledger automatically — built on a double-entry accounting core, not a spreadsheet.
Sales tax invoices are FBR-ready. Provincial revenue authority codes are mapped. Period closes produce the same numbers your auditor expects.
Pending vs. approved vs. delivered, by outlet, by hour. See what's stuck, what's hot, and where the runner is behind — before the guest opens a complaint.
Approvers approve, runners deliver, cashiers settle, managers report. Every action is logged against the user who performed it.
Same app, different brands, different menus, different currencies, separate ledgers — managed centrally, experienced locally by each guest.
Online payments flow through certified local bank gateways — no offshore PSP, no FX surprises, no chargeback drama. Guests see a familiar 3-D Secure flow from a bank they already trust; you see the money land in your operating account, with the payment automatically reconciled against the order on your books.
Other settlement methods supported in-app: post-to-room, cash on delivery, card-on-delivery via the runner's POS terminal.
Runs in any browser. No App Store, no Play Store, no password reset emails.
8-character tokens — print at any size, scan at any angle, regenerate when a sticker walks off.
Auto-matches the guest's phone. Late-night room-service browsing without the glare.
Item images, calorie counts, prep time, halal / vegetarian tags — guests order what they actually want.
"Less spicy, no onions, extra ketchup" — captured per item, printed on the KOT.
Guests can cancel before the kitchen accepts — fewer wasted plates, fewer angry calls.
Sent → Approved → In Prep → Out for delivery → Delivered. Updated on the same phone.
Out of stock? Outlet closed? Hide the tile in one click. No ghost orders.
Most properties go live in the same day. We help you load the menu, print the room and table QR codes, and walk your staff through the operator dashboard. After that, you can change anything — prices, photos, hours, outlets — without calling us.
No. The Self Service App runs in any modern phone browser — Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet. Scanning the QR opens it instantly. Nothing to install, nothing to update, no app-store reviews to manage.
Yes. It ships with its own catalog, order queue, operator dashboard and payment integrations. Many restaurants and stand-alone outlets run it on its own. If you adopt Munshi10 later, everything connects with no migration.
Online card payments are processed via certified Pakistani bank gateways — MCB (Mastercard Payment Gateway) and Bank Alfalah — with 3-D Secure on every transaction. Funds settle directly into your local PKR operating account.
Both. Walk-in mode lets you stick a QR on every restaurant table, spa lounger or poolside cabana. The scanner sees the right menu for that outlet, places the order tagged with the table, and pays however you allow.
Yes. Mark an outlet as "by appointment" and guests pick a treatment, choose an available time slot, and confirm. Durations (30 / 60 / 90 min) and paid add-ons like hot stones are supported, the charge posts to the room folio just like room service, and staff confirm the therapist and time from the same approval queue.
The interface is English by default. Item names, descriptions and special-instruction fields accept any script — Urdu, Arabic, Chinese — exactly as you enter them.
Pricing depends on number of rooms, outlets and tables. There is no setup fee for properties already on Munshi10, and a flat onboarding fee for standalone deployments. Get in touch for a property-specific quote.
The app runs over HTTPS only, on infrastructure hosted in Pakistan. Payment data never touches our servers — it goes directly to the bank gateway. We retain the minimum guest information required to process and deliver the order.
