Frequently asked questions

When our subscription starts?

There is no upfront fee for Munshi10 installation other than the monthly subscription. Our subscription amount is payable in advance at the beginning of every month with 10th of the month as the last payment date. Payment surcharge may be applicable for late payments. If you join us in the middle of the billing period, your subscription price is prorated to the first day of next month.

Can we install Munshi10 on our own server?

Munshi10 is a cloud based service hosted and managed by us. You cannot get it installed on your local or online server.

What about our data and data backup?

Your data is secure with us. We take 3 daily backups. You can request your data backup any time and we shall provide you in standard SQL format which can be accessed in any database.

Can I access my data if I stop using Munshi10?

Yes, you can access your data free of cost as long as you need it provided all your invoices during operations have been paid. You can also request us to remove your data and all its backups permanently from our servers and we shall comply.
